LinkFeed Pro is operated by Cédric Tournier, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) operating under the trade name Avalonia, registered under number 533 501 839 R.C.S. Paris, with its principal establishment at 50 rue Saint-André des Arts, 75006 Paris, France.
Cédric Tournier, operating under the trade name Avalonia, acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the LinkFeed Pro website, billing flows, support interactions, and license management.
LinkFeed Pro is a browser extension that works locally in your browser. We intentionally keep the amount of personal data we process small.
Account data
Email address and basic account metadata used for authentication, billing access, and service communication.
License and device data
License status, plan information, browser and device metadata, extension version, device identifiers, full IP address, location signals derived from the IP address, anonymous trial fingerprints, and last-seen information used to manage activations, pair purchases, and prevent abuse.
Product telemetry
A limited set of product usage signals such as enabled settings, extension status, trial state, checkout intent, and pairing results, used to improve the product, validate licenses, and detect repeated anonymous trial abuse.
Functional-health diagnostics
The extension sends bounded technical observations when its state changes and at most once per day for an unchanged state. They include the installation identifier, extension and environment versions, locale, LinkedIn page profile, selected DOM preset, whether each LinkFeed feature was requested, capability and application results, execution counters, allowlisted computed-style values, and a sanitized structural description of relevant elements (tag, safe role and class tokens, counts, nearby tag names, and hashes).
Excluded data
Functional-health diagnostics do not record sessions, raw DOM, page or post text, images, page URLs, form values, private messages, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, keystrokes, or a user-interaction timeline.
Contract performance
We process account, billing, and device data to deliver the service you paid for, maintain your license, and answer support requests.
Legitimate interests
We process operational telemetry, IP addresses, browser-profile fingerprints, device metadata, and bounded functional-health observations to secure the service, reduce trial abuse, detect product failures, and improve the extension.
Legal obligations
We may retain invoices, transaction records, or other required data when accounting, tax, or regulatory rules apply.
We rely on a small number of external providers to operate LinkFeed Pro.
Stripe
Payments
Processes checkout, invoices, and customer billing portal actions. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe.
UseSend
Transactional email
Sends login links, account-related emails, and contact form notifications on our behalf.
Extension Report
Product telemetry
Collects a limited set of anonymous or account-linked usage signals such as trial state, checkout intent, pairing results, license state, and enabled settings. It does not collect LinkedIn content.
We may also disclose data when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
We keep account and license data for as long as your account remains active and for a limited period afterward when needed for support, accounting, or fraud prevention.
Anonymous trial records, device identifiers, IP addresses, and fingerprint hashes may be retained after a trial ends or upgrades when needed to enforce trial limits, investigate abuse, and maintain license integrity.
Detailed functional-health observations are retained for 30 days. The latest technical health state may remain attached to an installation while that installation record is needed for service operation, support, security, or license integrity.
If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data unless we must keep part of it to comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Ask for a copy of relevant personal data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect account and billing-related data, including access controls and managed infrastructure providers.
No system is perfect, but we intentionally limit the amount of personal data processed so the impact surface stays small.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, legal requirements, or provider stack changes.
When changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the product or by email.
For privacy requests or questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@linkfeed.pro.
